Editing the budget

I am currently manager of Tinkoff, but despite winning the Tour and Giro, and getting promoted. I have still got a rubbish budget. How can edit it?

it should now be changed

also seen as we're on the money front, to edit you're wage budget (salary cap) you need to edit the "finan_f_allowed_BMSC"

and to edit your transfer money, edit the "finan_f_to_buy_cyclists" column

I've found that it's best to find all 3 finany_f_intial colomns and change every one to your desired amount. Failing that, upload your game somewhere, send me a link, and i'll change it for you.
