How can I chose MY nationality when I start career mode ? I want very much to race the WC with my country, I have there Rui Costa ! Please help me ! |

You cannot choose that.
The WC teams are decided on: The team nationality + The strongest rider from your team that's not from that nationality.

You can't. In PCM13, you only get to chose between your team's nationality and the nationality of your best rider, at the end of january. You could create a Portuguese custom team, that way you'd be sure to ride the WC with Costa.

I would go even further.
This game needs two sections. UCI teams + national teams. The UCI team section should work like before except the national team selection should be moved to the national team section. In the national team section we can apply as national coach, see national riders, make preselection, and most importantly contact rider or UCI team manager so that we are able to negotiate on season planning (including fitness planning). |
