Shirt colour codes

I know this may sound a dumb-arsed question but when you copy a shirt from the internet (i.e :Google), is there any way of finding out the colour related to that jersey if you cannot contact the maker ?

If you open the jersey in a program such as Gimp where there's a tool to select a colour from the picture you can then check the details of the selected colour (incl the HEX code) afterwards.

I am using Paint.NET, does that have a similar button as well.

I use Paint.NET, and I have to admit its features are not as advanced as Gimp. I barely do any graphical work and it's thus simpler for me.

Therefore to my knowledge there is no such 'tool', but there is a more tedious way to do it. You can select the pixels, then select the color with the color picker and set it as primary/secondary. Then, by clicking "More>>" on the Color Window it will give you the RGB, HEX, and HSV. Wink
