TEAM NEWS
Official launch announced; Wounded Warrior Racing is ready for action!
Hello, and welcome to the beginning of a new era in cycling. An era led in by a generation of youth prepared to take on the world of cycling with big legs, and bigger hearts. My condolences go out to all those with injuries sustained in combat, as well as their families. Our mission is here and now, and it is now when we must stop the terrors of PTSD, lost limbs, and lost lives. These that stand along side you now, your brothers, sisters, sons and daughters, are ready to change the world forever. We will end the lockout of disabled and injured veterans in society, we will end that here, we will end that now, and there will be no more turning a blind eye. Our cycling mission, our passion, our desire, is to get all of the these men, women, children a warm place to go, a mental relief, and lastly, an outlet for their inhibitions; through cycling. Thank you, and we hope you will support us in the years to come.
Action plan announced for Wounded Warrior Racing
This morning, Wounded Warrior Racing's manager released a statement detailing his plan of attack for the upcoming transfer season. He stated "I want to ensure that we get a good group of guys who are dedicated to keeping the mission and the Wounded Warrior statement on the head of the peleton. I have no interest in chasing riders just for their talent, I want them to be sturdy in their values, and not to get in lots of trouble." This seems to go for everything they set out to say in their original press release a few days ago. Hopefully, the mission holds true.

I'm kinda torn about the whole veteran issue in the US, but you can't deny it's a good cause.

Yeah, this is why I chose a Danish team. Cause I only saw 1 of them.
Obviously I wish you the best of luck, and especially during initial transfers. It seems that America has been a big target in a pretty small market. Hope everyone is able to feed what their vision was.

Having done some events for Help for Heroes (the Uk equivalent?) i'm interested in the sponsors. Will be interesting to see what riders you'll go for, whether that means lots of US riders or a more international feel.
Also interesting call with the 1-post set up. If you keep it simple it will be a nice alternative

I wonder what'll happen when you're racing together with PFG-Armavia?
But seriously, best of luck on the US market!

Don't worry guys, there's a new American initiative ready to steal your riders

Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Rathe! Fisher! You get the idea...
And nice to see someone officially declare on Sweeting, who is a good CT level rider indeed.
