Team time trailing strategy

Okay I have been struggling with the team time trailing. Is there some sort of solid strategy that some1 has found??

Short(25km or shorter) are just impossible to win in PCM.
All on 95+ with only the strongest TTists relaying seems best.
I'd advise simulating.
