Here is version 1 of the 2009 Database, with all the stats up to date.

The only things not up to date are the National Champions, and I also plan to add some more riders when the PPDB Unlimited Edition comes out.
Some team names have been updated to their 2008 names already.
The full list of riders added is as follows, most of their stats have been taken from later versions of PPDB.

He is italian in the DB 
Its just that the team that I replaced with Slovenia for World Championships purposes was the team that Ulissi is in so it says his team is Slovenia.
