How can I edit a stage race?

Hello, is there a chance to edit stage races? For example I would like to insert foreign stages (like Paris-Roubaix) between the existing stages of the Tour de France. Thanks a lot!

Copy the stage, then rename it as necessary.
topclas_roubaix_XXXX ---> top_tdf_XX_XXXX
