Downloading races

Some of the downloads have instructions with them, but the races I want to download don't such as by Pellizotti and Stylus. Once downloaded where do I extract then to in the pro cycling manager folder? Also do I have to do something else as well to get them to appear in the actual game so I can pick the race?

Put all the files in the cm-stages section, then put the race in your game with an editor such as Lachi's one.
