Vini Fantini is an UCI Professional Continental team whose license is held in Italy, and consists mainly of Italian riders and staff. There top results have come in continental level races but they have performed well at some world tour races. They often get a wildcard to the Giro d'italia and generally perform well.

Why would he have Poljanski? If anyone should have him it would be Saxo-Tinkoff...

I've removed Di Luca and Santambrogio. I was just tacking the 2013 squad from ProCyclingStats.
