How to edit the calendar with the Hannes Converter

Is it possible and if so how do I edit the race participation in the calendar? I'm using the Women v1.0 database and it crashes when I view the march calendar. I'm hoping there is a way to go in and edit the race participation table to add my team to the races that I want that month.

thanks. the walk through was easy to follow. Problem I have now is that the only one of the races in March (from the STA_race table) appear in the DYN_team_race table.

Could this be why it crashes in march? Can I add these to the DYN_team_race table?
