Crash in career: no more races playable!!

I can't explain me why but I can't play any more in race in the third year of my career!
It simply train every day, also in the day race!

In 2014 year i had this problem only with the ITT WC...What can I do?

If the issue originates back to the crash at the ITT WC, why not try out one of the Weekly Saves, so you can get results from all the remaining races of the season too?

I've tried but nothing... it's a strange problem because there are two similar WC ITT STA_stage in the db, and that's the first time ever I can't solve a problem in PCM in aniway...

I mean there are two files named WC ITT, one still refers to the 2013 race, one to the new one...
