Maximum amount of multiplayer profiles

So I'm trying to go on multiplayer with a new profile, but when I try to go on it says I already have the maximum (3) amount of online profiles for the player key. However I only am using 2 currently. Although I did make one a long time ago, I have uninstalled the game since. Now when I click recover profile to try and delete it there is only my current 2.. Is there anyway to sort this I really need to get this second profile on to the multiplayer. Thanks Smile
