I can't open my games

In the first menu, there are 4 applications: I can't open the third.

When I click on this , the game crashed : so , I can play only with my last game. I can't play with my oldest games. Windows said :

"Pro Cycling manager 2013 has crashed "

If you can't load older games maybe there is a problem with some of the saves. Have you done any editing of any sorts? If so this could create a problem.

I saw what they have in the forum, and now, i don't have this problem.
I had the problem because I had a defective database.
