Patch 1.0.3-3D crashed...NTDLL.DLL HELP!

I installed the new pach.Started a new career and when I play a race in 3D mode the game crashes.I can simulate a race,but if play in 3D when PCM loads cyclist texture the game crashes when the cyclist textures counter loads a last cyclist number!In the error message I saw a problem details.A problem with ntdll.dll driver in system 32 folder.I'm with vista 86 (32b) ultimate.What must I do?I reinstalled the game and everything is ok without a patch.I want to have a newest patch,cause I can sellect Rus i Aus scouting areas,I play with very small team-Andalusia and I want larger budget if I win a promote,signing a rider with expiring contract end etc.PLease help me.What is the problem?I can load and play game but can't play a 3D race!I can't play even a simple stage race or only a race.
PLease help me!!!

tried putting graphics on the absolute minimum?

I have a original cyandie db only installed patch.The date of crash is when I want to play in 3D mode...If I try to play in 3D tour of malaysia the game crash when loads last cyclist textures.If I want to play in 3D vuelta Mallorca the game crashes then.If I play not career-stage rece or only one stage the game crashes again when loads cyclist texture on the last cyclist number...I installed and patch 1.0.2 -the same problem.

have you tried turning your graphics to the lowest ever imaginable then?

Yeeeah but problem with NTDLL.DLL again. If I reinstall pcm I can play again in 3D.
I see everyone is a pleased with a patches.It must there is a solution.

Try downloading NTDLL.DLL and put it in the main PCM-directory. It may help.
