Game arrived with no Serial No.

Hi guys, I bought the game off amazon last week and it arrived today and I was happily installing it until it asked for a serial number but I cannot find one anywhere.
I have looked inside the box again (only thing in it was a disc), all over the front and back cover, the inside of both covers, the front and back of the plastic case and even on the disc but I can't see it anywhere.
I have emailed what I believe is the techincal support but I just wondered if there was something else I could do or something I'm missing?
Has anyone else had this with a disc purchase? |

One was on the back of the manual, but you're saying it didn't have one?
So was it used or new, as if it was used it may explain it, and be difficult to track down... |

Well, weirdly I got 2 serial numbers with my game, so maybe that's where yours ended up! |

So amazon have said they cannot help as they have no more copies of the game :-/ |

A quick update, as amazon couldn't help I continued trying with the Game developers, eventually after sending some photos proving I had no serial number they emailed me a new one!
I'm now working my way through my first season
