What I need to know to make a stage thread?

I have been wondering about creating a stages thread during or after my story but am wondering what I'd need, I already have the capacity to place screenshots, but I'm wondering if all I need to do is put the files in mediafire, or is there more to it than that? Also is there anything I've missed?

You can post your stages here. Screens of profiles are nice + in-game screens. I think it's best to upload the stages in .RAR files to Mediafire. For the rest, threads of other makers help you too

Select the .zces and .cds of the stage at the same time. Right-click on them. Something should appear like Pack to Stages.rar. Click it, rename it and then upload it.

Pack your files with 7Zip/Winrar(select the files, then right-click and select the 'pack' option or something like that... )

Is it under: 7-zip?
After that there 10 options? Which one, there is no pack option? |

Yes, its under 7Zip. There is an 'add to archive' or something(directly translated from Dutch, that is, so could be something similair)

.zip or .7z is fine as well
