Is there any DB that includes the real route for this years Vuelta? Tried to search and download all the 2013 DB's but everyone only have the 2012 edition of the Vuelta. |

the 2013 Vuelta real route is in the pcm daily 2013 db.

This includes 28 new 2013 race routes - including the routes of the 3 Grand Tours: Tour de France, Giro d'Italia and Vuelta a España.

Daily's indeed has the 2013 Vuelta, as can be seen here or in the screen Spilak posted (but what are those flags?  )
From the screen you've posted, it's like only the first two stages were installed, really weird. Re-installing might fix it.

Lots of db's installed. Think those are from the 2006 db.
