An opportunity for sprinters to score some good ranking points, but there is plenty of competition here.

With some luck it's a top 10. If it goes like it did the last couple of races it's a top 25.

I have heard from jph countless times, that anything but a win would be bad. Good luck to him 
Obviously I want a win here, but I dont think my team is strong enough.

Top 10 with Vasylyuk is max we can hope for in this race, no pressure here for Metinvest, just visiting country of our former rider Tuulhangai. (shame he is not part of Evian squad in his home race).

Well, minimum goal acchieved I guess.
But what a chaotic sprint by my team once again. They should have learned by now that creating a Rothaus train won`t work.
For a short moment nevertheless I had hoped for a top2 when seeing Vantomme behind Napolitano but unfortunately he faded in the end, while Napolitano proved to be the strongest sprinter in this division.
Cucinotta as 14th and Van Heerden as 22nd at least with notable results as well. |
