How can i add a list of starters to an existing savegame ??

That's not possible.
It's not possible to assign startlists in career mode.

That wouldn't make sense anyway, since riders switch teams, and it would give trouble with form.

Then is there an other way to make the real riders start in e.g. the grand tours ? like the riders that started in real life, starts for their teams in the game e.g. Saxo Tinkoff: Contador, Roche, Noval, Rogers, Kreuziger, tosatto, Benatti & Paulinho?? if you understand what i mean Smile

Well, you can edit the race they are participating in on the first day of the Tour(before you started it) in Dyn_cyclist with an editor. (Something like the 5th colomn or so, it's not hard to recognize)
Though it's a lot of work and their form will be really bad.

You can plan the season for the important riders in DYN_team_race but as Jesleyh wrote, you would also need to change their fitness planning. I don't know how this works in PCM13 but in any case it is much work for little gain.

If you want to race a realistic tour, you can always do it in the single race mode.
