I recommend that you relegate another team else the game might crash. Also you should do it in the old year, else you will not be invited to the UCI races.
The contract of the riders are in DYN_contract_cyclist. And you also have to switch the team in DYN_cyclist in the column fkIDteam.
All in all it is rather obvious if you look at the names of the tables and columns I just posted.

Aah i've just finished the season. Is there a way to get automaticly invited to the UCI races?
And the thing with Petacchi isn't working. I've searched Petacchi in the DYN_cyclist list and put him on Omega-Pharma, but when I go back to my career in the game, he is still at the wrong team. I've also extended his contract to 2016. But that didn't work also.
