Difficulties

Amateur Posts: 9 Joined: 27-06-2013 PCM$: 200.00	I know there's 4 different difficulties and I read that a higher difficulty basically makes your rider weaker invisibly or the competition stronger. So for example, if I have a rider with all values 70 and ride against a rider with exactly the same strength, how will the impact be? I think Easy my rider will have better values, normal it will be tied as it actually is and the two above my rider will have weaker values. Is that correct? Can anybody tell the exact strengths?
