The game should give you an option to download the latest patch when you start it up...

Iluuiiggii, I am downloading the patch PCM 2013 1.0.2.0 in the PCM daily but file not found, I want to download it separately for my own files.

Normally if you try to run the game without having the latest patch it'll automatically download it for you, like Jesleyh said. Is it not doing that?
