Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Why did you ask? Did you read about it somewhere? This was a feature of the game but I am not sure if PCM 2012 still features it. But anyway: It is not that important and you would notice it immediately because you would get a mail where you have two options, either praise or ignore.

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Easiest solution to raise morale is to do pre-season training camps and select easy program (not the lowest, though). The riders will be happy because they can keep up with the speed. And recreation camps might also raise the morale but I never tried.
