On February 13th, I can't get past the "final Selection" message. How do I fix this?

I'm not good with technical issues Pfft Maybe you could try deleting the news in table DYN_news. But btw, is the "final selection" about the national team? On February? Pfft

Yes, the February selection is the "final". I don't know why...

Can't you do that final selection? If not, then delete the message using an editor.
Another option would be to go back using the weeklysave and then try to do the final selection before going to the 13th.

I tried, and still having issues. Oh well, it was early on anyhow.

You tried what? Deleting the mail always worked in previous games.
