Amateur Posts: 12 Joined: 13-05-2013 PCM$: 200.00	What riders does your custom team consist of? What's the idea/plan behind it. I for one am struggling to adjust to life without prize money so spend about $580000 on riders. I first grab the super talented juniours. Sort by each field and go through every country anything > 74 is in except sprinters which require 77. I then grab froome, uran, Quintana, bentacur, majka, Nieves, kwaatkowski, kiserlovski, aru, atapuma, stetina for climbers. dagenkolb, sagan, random junior, cancelara, Tony martin, stannard, phinney, Thomas, navadauskis (spelling), turpstra for cobbles and sprints. I try to get the best value for money I can but had to ditch pozzovivo, Voigt and grabsch because they instantly lose ability. I have a bunch of random juniours fill in the left over spots as domestiques. I hate not being competitive in a race and this teams means I should always have a rider in the favorites.
