Crashing when playing the Eneco Tour

Whenever I play the Team Time Trial on Stage 2 of the Eneco Tour the game crashes, I've played it as Sky, Lotto, OPQS, Orica, Garmin, Astana etc.. and it crashes every time, in career and in just a single stage race. Does this happen or has happened to anyone else? And how do I fix this?
