Hey guys, am pretty new to this site, and btw i just want to say thank you in advance.
My issue is that: ive made a new Danish rider, Which I won the national Jersey with, but afterwards when i participate in the Tour the france, the Jersey is not shown on him, but only the normal Saxo tinkoff Jersey. Anyone that knows this issue, and what Can i do?

He won the actual race, and not the timetrial!
And i really cant understand why he is not Wearing the national Jersey. And i am the type of player that really enjoy these details in the game, so wud really appreciate Any ideas on what is wrong.

Are you sure?
There seem to be a few added extra NCs that have ITT stages that are actually RR stages(I think only for Daily DB).
You can open your save-game(My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Users/*Your name*/Database/Solo/*Your DB*) with an advanced editor(f.e. Lachi's), and go to Dyn_Cyclist, and change gene_i_champion_bit from 0 to 32.(Btw, if it's currently 16, it seems that it was really a ITT...)
Then, he will wear the NC jersey. Make sure that no other Danish rider has 32 behind his name though, otherwise you have 2 wearers.

Btw that editor u are talking about, Can that help my problem with team budgets? Since my budget is blown away so easy, now the Price money is removed. Ty for your help mate.

Yes, that should be possible.
Go to Dyn_sponsor, and change value_i_budget. Note, the budget you insert is the yearly budget you get. Don't forget to 'export to .cdb' after editing, not 'save database'.
Then just load the save-game in-game under the name that you saved the edited file when you exported to .cdb.
