Activation code - but no installer?

I just purchased the game online, but not from the official site. The site said it was not a Steam code, but all I recieved was the activation code itself, no installer, downloader or anything. Is it even possible for me to install the game?

Ask whoever sold you the game to provide you with the installation files. I assume they don't have them, but really, it's their "job".

Thought so... Weird really, as it's a pretty well known site. Guess i will ask for a refund, although i doubt they will agree to that since they have no way of knowing if i have used the code.

Edit: Brilliant. Just been in contact with Focus, and they say there is nothing they can do. They confirmed the activation key is working, but the key is from the DVD Box of the game, so in theory, it will only work if i get the disc. They also stated that they do not do business with this retailer, hence all keys sold there, will be blacklisted. Guess my 31 euros are lost... Sad
