How do i change the number of young riders for a country?

Hi, first of all I´m sorry for my bad English.
I've a created a Turkish sponsor to play a custom career, but the problem is that there are only 10 riders to choose from at the start of the career.
I´m at the beginning of the second season and i couldn't find any new riders from Turkey in the save with the editor. I´m using Jesleyh's Realname & Stat DB V2 with a little modification.

1)I would like to increase the number of young riders of turkey.
Is it even possible?
How can i do it,?
2)Is there a specific date on which new youth riders are created?
Is there even a new youth creation?


Any help would be great.

I think it works if you modify gene_i_weight in Sta_Region. Just choose the number from gene_i_weight from a country that has the amount of young riders that you like(there's a formula for it what exact number does what, but this is easier I guess).
You have to do this with an advanced editor(f.e. Lachi's editor), and open your career, not the original .cdb. So at My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Users/*Your name*/Database/Solo/Jesleyh's Realname DB V2 and then the name of your career.

And the youth riders are created between 31 December & 1 January each season. And yes, there are new ones added each season Wink
