Sprint Trains

Has anyone managed to get sprint trains working effectively? I am struggling to get them to work and just tend to follow Cavendish to have any chance of top 10.
Any tips/links to a tutorial would be appreciated.

It's pretty hard when you haven't got the quickest sprinter. The other teams just seem to have 3 man trains. I get all my team relaying on fastest about 20km out. Then choose 2 guys and pick the sprint option after cycling through the relay options. This can only be chosen inside 10km.
Then you just hope that they get to the front and you can set off early. If you start sprinting after Cavendish and co you will never catch them.
I managed to win a stage with Rojas bydoing this but even then I had to do a bit of blocking of Cavendish. |

I tried this and it worked perfectly.
