I think it´s a problem that you can only have your riders to peak in the first week of a grand tour, the riders fitnees will drop when he reach the Mountains. What do you do?

This has been discussed before, try the forum search.

But assuming that the AI riders have the same fitness peaks, it should fairer then in previous games where you could win a race only because of your schedules.

Yes I agree, it makes the game more realistic because you don´t have the posibillity to make better training programs, I was just not sure, that the AI had the same programs, cause I cannot see this in any collums ´with the advnced editor. For me it seems that the old fitness progrmas is still in the game, and here there was some of them wtih better preparation for the grand tours, so if the AI uses them it´s unfair the other way around. As I can see it´s the same leader specializations with same training programs linked to them, so I´m not sure???
