Try to go to the .cdb~ (My docs/PCM 2013/Users/Your name/Database/Solo/Your DB. the .cdb~ is the reserve career. Remove the ~ from the file type and load that career.
If that doesn't work, place a weekly save on that directory. The Weekly saves are found in My docs/PCM 2013/Weekly Saves 
And using the forum search before asking a question is really recommended, we have to answer those questions about 100 times
