Fittness, Form, Fatigue...
Areolys
Hi guys,

I was wondering how the new fitness, rhytm and fatigue system exactly works?
Does anybody have some experience with the new system and can share some tips/tricks?

Ian Butler
Fitness is easy: you have to assign some objectives to each rider and this will automatically create a fitness schedule.

Rhythm is easily obtained. Before a big goal, you should have some race days in advantage. Get some... well, rhythm. Before the Giro, for example, you could use Romandie for rhythm.

Fatigue is like before: race too much, peak too much, your rider will get tired. Fatigue brings down your fitness level.

There is also freshness, linked to fatigue. Race too much in a small period of time, your rider won't be fresh and perform worse.
