Get DB onto game

Hi I downloaded the real names database but I can't seem to get it on to the game. I saved it to my steamapps PCM13 folder in the data folder, but on the game it just says it's the original database and I'm stuck with the likes of Vroome. Any help would be great thanks.

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2013\Mod\Database is where you should place it

Yes, the .cdb should be placed where Selwink said.
The rest should be placed in (...)/Steamapps/common/Pro Cycling Manager - Season/Saison/Seizoen(Whatever your folder is called) 2013
Of course, that's if there's a rest, but most DBs have jerseys or more additions.
