Steam achievements

Hi,

I was wondering whether Steam achievements works better than the achievement system that is build into the game? I think I think I might buy the game soon, and I am willing to pay some extra if I can get a game, where I will be rewarded (though it is only a "non-existing" reward) for the achievements I complete.

Does any of you experience that you can't unlock the achievements in Steam, although you have done what was required to unlock the achevement?

After playing the first month of a career it works so far. Unlocked a few achievements so far. Although it's not really a representative amount of in-game hours. But I don't see why it shouldn't work.

I've not played 2013 long enough. But with 2012 I had some problems where my achievements wouldn't count in steam...

Afaik you can always add a game to steam if you got a key, so buy it cheaper and add the key to your steam account should work fine Wink (no guarantee from me tho!)
