Cheapest place to get PCM 13?

On the official website it is £30 but as much as i want the game it's simply not worth that in my opinion. Is there anywhere cheaper i can get it? Hoping to get for around £20 or will i have to just keep my eye out for offers later on in the year? |

The name of that site "CDKey Warehouse" makes me believe that they only sell the CD-Key and not the CD or DVD.
If that is true, I would rather pay more than having the hassle of finding the DVD. |

I bought it from CDKEY Warehouse with no problems at all.
Basically they give you a Steam Key... which is all you would get if you bought it through Steam itself. So assuming you have Steam you will know just to add the key and it will self install, self update etc
