Hello and Welcome to my PCM 2013 Project!
This year I wanted a real challenge.
So I've decided that I wanted to make a really bad team and try to get to world tour level and win all 3 grand tours with that team.
It'll be very hard to do so, as I've set several limitations for myself:
1) At least 75% of the riders must be from Switzerland.
2) All signed riders must be under 25.
3) I will be playing with PCM daily database and won't change any riders stats in the database.
This project is a very long process as I need to develop the riders first in order to get a shot at WT. Therefore the race reports will be very short in order for me to advance quicker.
And here are my goals for the next few years:
2013 - Survive.
2014 - Advance to Continental Pro.
2015 - Top 10 Conti Team, resign Sponsors Contract
2016 - Top 5 Continental Team
2017 - Get into World Tour
2018 - Stay in World Tour
2019 - Win Tour de Suisse and Tour de Romandie
2020 - Top 5 in a Grand Tour
And those are my settings:
Database: PCM.daily Real Name DB
Difficulty: Hard
Evolution of Attributes: 0.7
Random Potentials: ticked
i hope you guys will enjoy my new story! :-)

What do you mean? You are a CT team. These guys are pretty good!
Fumeaux, Pache, and definitely Reichenbach can definitely give the team some CT victories!
Oh yeah, I remember my first PCM career ever... It was with Atlas, so I still know some of those guys

Your leaders are really good for CT level races, you should not have trouble winning some of them.
