No, it isn't anymore.
It's a bit strange, but f.e. Omega Pharma - Quickstep is now one sponsor.

It's probably because of the newly developed negotiating goals system, maybe Cyanide didn't have time to make it work for two sponsors.

Fuck not having time! They had time to upgrade the Champs they should have time to make a fundamental aspect of cycling, and manager games, and PCM12 work!
There is genuinely no excuse for this backwards step as it, at least to me, negates any other step forward in the sponsor system. And the new system doesn't work anyway!
Drop all goals by 1 level then make them incredibly happy really easily, which leads to a boost in budget for the second season. Repeat for every season and soon you will have a 600,000 budget and no expectations...

Sadly you are right.
The sponsor management is almost back to PCM 2009, only worse.
