Exporting one DB to another

So, as I had said in my Qantas story, I was going to procedue the story in PCM 2013. But I need some tables and there's any way to extract stats, teams, etc. from one .cdb to another? Or do I need to copy stat by stat, rider by rider, team by team?

You can use my Excel editor to copy a range of data.
Make two copies of my excel editor file and open each DB in one of them.
