Savegame disappeared

Hi.
When i tried to start my career after a crash, i coulc not find the savegame again. I checked the folder, and the save is still there.
Does anyone know what to do?
I need this career!

The game makes a backup of the latest save. It ends with a ~.
Remove that ~ to load it in the game. If that doesn't help, then copy the latest file from the weeklysave folder to the save game folder.

If it is the same as last year, the saves should be here:
My documents\pcm13\users\your name\database\solo\name of db\

And a hint for the future. If you really don't want to lose a file, then make backups every now and then.

I see the logic in that post, Lachi, but I've had the same problem. Started career but it crashed on the first day. Result: save went missing in the game. But I had a (corrupt) save in my Database - Solo.

Nothing to be done with it, though, very bugged.

What do you mean with corrupt save? Could it be that the game now recognises corrupt saves and instead of crashing just doesn't show/load them?

That would be a good change. But my suggestion about the backups should be still valid.

Well, I didn't explore into detail, but wanting to edit some stuff, all riders' stats had been set to 0, for example.
