Is anyone else beginning to contemplate their offseason plans. I know myself I am starting to evalute my squads strengths and weaknesses, and looking at areas that need to be addressed. As well as starting to make an early list as to riders I might target in the offseason. I bring this up because i saw sporting is mentioning some of his plans for the offseason, and we mustn't be the only ones already starting to plan for next season.

I need a huge overhaul of my squad. We've had a poor season, and we'll be getting rid of a lot of riders |

Same here.
I didn't start yet to search potential acquisitions but i'll wait for the next season db to see how my young riders improved.
I think part of the bad results from my team is mine. I was very unexperient in cycling, because i only interest for this sport a year ago. Now i know in wich races riders fit more. If i stay in PT, i think next season will be totally differentB)

With Telefonica, you have a lot of riders who could score regularly at continental level, but your main protour guys have been underperforming.

I'm planning to sign Ferrari's Matti Breschel for a whopping fee. I offered Balaverde 750k in the last off-season, which he refused.

Well thats arguable.
You lost 3'42 in the TTT, and overall Schleck beat di Luca by 4'28.

di luca got a better TT then schleck so I would have gained some seconds on you. then, the other minute, di luca lost AFTER the TTT so he'd be in yellow which would gave him extra morale which would have made the final difference.... |
