port forwarding

I opened both the ports for multiplayer in the port forwarding tab but it still doesnt work. I even turned off avg(virusscanner) and the firewall of the router but it still doesnt work please help. I use a sitecom router.

Did you open the ports for the correct IP?

Something I also did was setting rules for the ports in the windows firewall. Not sure if it`s needed, but it worked better last year with PCM12 at least.

my ip is the same ip as the site I go 2 right?

or is it the IPv4 address in the cmd-->ipconfig thing

It´s the IPv4 for me.
