Problem with Helmet

Hi boys..I have a problem..I try to quit the helmets to see the head of the riders but they are black..i post this image and maybe someone can help me to change this to the real normal head

You need modify alpha chanel of the archives that finished in _s of riders, for example CTk_XXXXXX_XXXXXX_00_S. This file is in c:\program files\ pro cycling manager\3D\cyclist

you open this file with photoshop or similar, and go to chanels and select alpha. You can see that in the hair of the ciclist are black. You paint this hair with white or gray, but if you paint hair in the same texture, when you play, you see all the riders without correct hair. |

that's impossible, the model of rider is the same for de cyclist. |

Well you can draw the hair on the face file. But that's not the best result.

But if we bring the black part transparent, maybe that each rider will have the hair color which goes whith their skin |
