The names of some riders

Why is it that some riders names have errors in them and others have none at all. For example, van den drouck, evens and Dian. There are many more, why is it that they can't spell every name correctly?

That's because they don't have all the licenses.
When a game wants to use the real names, they have to pay or at least make contracts about it. Some teams don't want that or are too expensive.

In the most download sections of the games, there are realname Databases to get the real namesSmile

And noone gives a fuck.
A realname DB isn't even 1 MB big and is available hours after the relase at the latest.
