Which settings do you have to adjust to make a Time Trial stage with the Stage Editor? And where can i find those?

In the finish line, you can choose between different categories (menu on the right, next to the name of the finish line). You should set this as "time trial". It doesn't matter if the beginning is a TT start house or not.
