You can't load your career anymore?
Then there's a corrupt save-game somewhere. Try to copy all your save-games to a save-game, and then delete every save-game you have from the original folder(My docs/PCM 2012/Users/Your name/Database)
Add them 1 for 1 again (from the map where you copied your save-games too). The one that makes him crash, is corrupt. It's most likely the save that you last used.
You have to replace this .cdb for the weekly save, found in My docs/PCM 2012/weekly saves.
You have to go a few days back then, but its worth it, you can keep playing then Wink
