World Champion Posts: 14743 Joined: 21-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Yes, it doesn't develop really fast, and just develops over the years. Also, Downhill doesn't/does barely decrease. I saw a lot of times that top guys(f.e Cancellara) had every skill within 60's, except for a high downhill.
