Create a Race/Team Tutorial

Amateur Posts: 14 Joined: 18-10-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Hi guys, Does anyone know if there is somthing like a "Create a Race toturial". Because everytime i create a race in my officialrelease database it doesn't work and i can't nominate any riders. i think it has somthing to do with the local.cdb but i'm not sure. can anyone help me, please. i need to know how to create a race and a new team.
