Does any of you play this game  ?
I've been playing it for almost a year and I find it very entertaining.
If you do, you can tell about your favorite champions and maybe what server you play on, what league you play in and stuff like that. Keep the discussion going.

LoL > DOTA. Play 1,5 years. Before transfer to russian server played at west in Gold 5. I like botlane and sometimes jungle. But i think RIOT need some nerf to lux, khaz and jarvan. To op

Well DOTA and HON are maybe more difficult than LoL, but it is a much bigger community and still growing. I startet with lol and I believe that the sort of DOTA-game you start with, will most likely be the one you keep playing. I enjoy the graphics on LOL much more than HoN and by that said being able to watch different tournaments with high quality quite often is making giving me a lot of motivation to keep playing.
Gold is nice, I just got to the gold league myself, but I have to work on my jungle and adc-mechanism to keep improving to the higher leagues

Original DOTA Frozen Throne mod map > everything else that is just copied from it. Mind you, I don't really like this style of game a great deal; I prefer either RTS or a good FPS/TPS. |

I know that DOTA from Warcraft is the reason why these sort of games all started, but I think that they've moved in a better direction, but as I mentioned earlier. The DOTA-game you start with will most likely be the one you stick to. |

I started playing LoL, and still do play that occasionally just because that's what my friends play. I find the differences between LoL and DOTA (even the earlier/later ones) irrelevant. A lot of my friends though don't follow this rule, and play LoL now instead.

I have only played DOTA a coupæ of times, but League just completely caught me compared to DOTA. I have been playing for a year and have finally reached Diamond, maining the sololanes (i prefer top though). The champs i play the most are Fizz, Katarina, Shyvana and in particular Akali which I pretty much carried myself from Gold to Diamond 5. When i am forced to play something else, i mostly play Elise jungle which I am decent at. I completely try to avoid laning bot as I find it boring and tbh I really suck at it.

imo , dota is for those who likes MMO's and LoL is for those , that want to play more complex game, where knowledge is key, because there is so much you need to know in LoL.
