Injuries algorithm

How do the injuries occur ?
Until now I had 3-4 race injuries per season (ill injuries not included). This season I had over 10-12 race injuries (maybe 15, I didn't remember all of them). I had 3 in Tour, 2 in Vuelta, 1 in Giro, without speaking of other races. And most of them were at least 1 month long.
So, how do the injuries occur ? It is only random ?

Entirely random, I think.

My experiences are similar to yours - sometimes you can get through a season with close to zero injuries, only to be hit constantly next season / new career.

My experience is that injuries happen far more often on simulation than in 3D mode. Also, I have the feeling that race injuries happen more often when riders are having a low fitness level.

I would say that is true.
Also is assume its random for crashes, as i hardly ever see crashes in 3D and hence very few injuries as a result.

Yea there should be more crashes and injuries just to be realisitic. And also many injuries should be like 1-2 weeks a bruised knee . hip . I had no injuries at my team in a previous carrer for a year .
